Galeries Lafayette's flagship store on boulevard Haussmann increased its 500 square meter lingerie area and opened a new 3000 square meter space on the 3rd floor, which makes it the biggest lingerie department in the world. For the grand opening of the new lingerie department, the store offered free half-hour lessons by professional striptease artists so that "women can familiarize themselves with the art of revealing their new lingerie."

There are over 80 different brands available, 25% of which are brand new to the store, gathered in an incredible display of 6 different genres - luxurious, inspirational, seductive, trendy, technical and sleepwear - making it easier for each customer to locate any product based on color and design. The store also has a special "thong boutique."
