New Year's Balls have been held for decades in one of Europe`s most beautiful buildings. The gala concert features the soloists, ballet dancers and the orchestra of the State Opera House and guest stars from abroad.

The Gala Dinner will be served at 10:00 pm. After greeting the New Year with champagne, the ball starts with the opening dance of professional dancers and lasts until dawn.

The arriving guests will be received by welcome cocktail, at the assembly hall of the Opera House

8.30 pm
Gala Concert on the stage of the Opera House. Performanced by the singers, ballet of the Hungarian Opera House and BM Duna Symphonic orchestra

9.30 pm
New-Year Eve Dinner Seated in the boxes, on the stage and in the state-rooms of the Opera House

12.00 pm
New Year's Toast. National anthem, Ceremonial champagne-opening on the stage. Ball-opening dance show by professional dancers. Piano bar in the Székely Bertalan Room, dance band in the assembly hall, dancing on the stage. Ball till dawn.
