Copenhagen: the Heart of Scandinavian Fashion and Trends

Scandinavia and Copenhagen have become the focal point of modern furniture design, culture and fashion over the course of only a few years – altogether a trend-setting hotspot for the new lifestyle that typifies modern society. With a unique view on life, the Nordic countries have developed into an innovative, trend-setting centre of design and fashion.

The hallmark for Scandinavia, and Copenhagen in particular, is the awareness that life should be lived at an individual pace – and we should do as we please. The same applies to fashion, which has gradually let go of traditional seasons and times of year. We wear boots in summer and expose skin in winter. We dress according to how we feel and less according to an imperative dress code. We need space to be ourselves, find ourselves and be astonished to discover new aspects and talents we didn't know we had. These very trends are reflected in CPH VISION.. The trade fair is an opportunity to discover refreshing originality and sensuality not found at other trade fairs.
