Street party at Summer Solstice
After last year’s great success of the Summer Solstice party – more than 30,000 visitors flocked to Innsbruck’s old town – this lively event will take place again this year. Start is at 3pm.

New this year: the first “Tirol Speed Marathon” with start in Matrei am Brenner (start of the half-marathon and the marathon: 4.30pm).

Bands of all genres as well as all kinds of artists (fire eaters, stilt walkers, etc.) will entertain the audience in the old town, in Maria-Theresien-Straße, and at the square in front of Ferdinadeum Museum. Bonfires are lit on the peaks of Nordkette mountain range. From 10pm hundreds of fires will flicker against the night sky! The party ends at 1am.

Approx. 10pm: Phönix stilt walkers + spectacular fire show at Innbrücke
