A 35-metre high indoor waterfall is the focal point of Britain's largest casino, opening in Coventry in the Heart of England on July 6. Twice the size of London's new Empire Casino which opened in late May, the 100,000 square-foot Isle Casino Coventry includes five bars, a live performance stage and three restaurants in an “exotic tropical themed environment”.

A Regency villa in North Wales which was once home to the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley has been transformed into a small country house hotel, opening on March 21.
The Art Deco Palm Court at London’s Park Lane Hotel has become the latest member of Britain’s Tea Guild, which promotes high standards in the art of afternoon tea.

A five-star youth and family hostel opens next summer in the heart of Copenhagen. It's situated on the harbour front, right next to Tivoli and close to Copenhagen's 'red hot trendy spot', Vesterbro. With almost 700 beds, the Danhostel will be the biggest city hostel in Europe.

The hotel reputed to be England's oldest has welcomed guests since it opened for business in 1220. Almost 800 years on, it has completed an extensive refurbishment. The Old Bell in Malmesbury, Wiltshire now offers guests a choice of two restaurants and 31 individually decorated bedrooms.
